Joel Casiday is the lead instructor for the Culinary Arts program at Livingston High School in Livingston, Texas, where he instructs high school students in classical culinary skills and techniques. Joel loves to be in the kitchen training students for future careers and encouraging them to compete in culinary arts competitions. He says his education helped him become a more knowledgeable and well-rounded culinary instructor.

Laura Cook is a graphic designer at the ad agency, Involve, where she works on brand identity, advertising, and package design. She earned the President’s Award at her graduation and says her education helped her become a confident designer.

Maria works as a transportation analyst for Target where she manages the freight flow from the vendor’s facility to her company’s distribution center. She serves at the liaison between vendors, carriers, and the merchant team. Maria enjoys working for Target because she says the opportunities within the company are endless. She loves working for a company that is willing to invest in her future and further develop her strengths and opportunities—both professionally and personally.

Jon Menefee has been a creative video professional for more than 11 years. He has won several awards, including a Gold Game Marketing Award for his work on a trailer for Mortal Kombat. He recently relocated to North Carolina to work at Epic Games where he is creatively leading and editing trailers for the upcoming videogame, Paragon.
